Stroke

I'm not a fan of photo-laden web sites.  On the other hand, I do not want this site to be so corporate and and anonymous-looking that people will not visit.  So I am relenting and putting photos on the pages.

Dr. Pepper CanDr. Pepper

Dr. Pepper made me better.  Well, that's not true, of course, but I like the old soda.  In 'pre-stroke' days, I probably drank it from the can because it was cheaper.  Nowadays, I drink it from the plastic bottle.

Why?

Because you can put the lid back on the bottle and I have a new habit of knocking drinks over.  Plus, you can keep the 'fizz' longer if you keep screwing the lid on.

I used to have to do that left-handed, though.  If I screw or unscrew the cap right-handed, I'm just clumsy.

Terry LightPre-Stroke

The photo of me with the sunglasses on and a light black zip-up sweatshirt with a pen stuck atop the neckband of my t-shirt is a pre-stroke photo.  That is how I sometimes refer to things - pre-stroke and post-stroke.

The pen drives my wife crazy.

If I stick the pen in my Levi pockets, it could break.  I know that because when I was in junior high, I used to stick pens in my back pockets.  I don't have any pockets in my shirt.  Why do I need a pen?  Um.  I might have to take notes?

Terry the ChefI don't have anything against Dr. Gourmet, who seems to know the most about cooking when Coumadin is one of the victims' medications than anyone else, but 'Terry the Chef' must have a food section!

Actually, most of the recipes will come from Junko, not me.  I would have her photo up in places, but I have not received the necessary permission.  Junko will be added, though.
